PAYMENTS
All payments through Paypal to bvernercounselling@gmail.com. Alternatively, I can provide bank details should that be a more convenient method of payment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations require 48 hours notice or the full fee will be due and payable.
ONLINE SECURITY
If you have an Apple device we can use Facetime which is fully encrypted. For other devices we will use either SKYPE or VSee - an easy to use app, which is completely secure and used by healthcare users around the world (used by NASA because of its security strength).
Always be mindful of your location to ensure you have privacy and of your online security if you are sharing a device.
I recommend that you have a minimum internet speed of 4Mbps and that you use a laptop or computer that is no older than 3-4 years. This is to ensure that our connection is of the highest quality.
